This USB Switch 4 Port device allows up to 2 users to share 4 USB 3.0 peripheral devices, such as printer,scanner,mouse,keyboard or usb disk etc without the need to constantly swap cables or set up complicated network sharing software. It's a great for use at home if you have multiple PCs or Macs. USB 3.0 Switch supports ultra-fast USB 3.0 data transfer rates of up to 5Gb/s (10 times faster than USB 2.0), to work flawlessly with high-bandwidth USB 3.0 devices, such as external hard disks, high resolution webcams, camcorders, video surveillance cameras, digital video cameras, multi-channel audio and more, and is backward compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices. This USB 3.0 switch is plug-n-play compatible, with no additional driver installation needed.USB bus powered - no power adapter required. This switch requires manual control to select the active computer port; it does not 'automatically' switch between ports.
Using the provided 1.5M cables to connect the USB switch to your computers and to keep the USB cable which connects your peripheral to the USB switch under 6ft/1.8m.
Please use Standard DC 5V USB Power Adapter(Not Included in the package, sold separately). Any charger with higher voltage output is NOT allowed and may affect the product performance.
2.4Ghz wireless devices, such as wifi, wireless keyboard and mouse adapters, may not work stable in close proximity to USB 3.0 devices or hubs. Try using the host port or a USB 2.0 connection.

Shipping
Shipping costs should be calculated at time of purchase. If you are placing a large order or an order of a larger item, please contact IT Hub using the online form as shipping costs may require amendment. In the case where shipping costs are in excess due to the nature of the order placed, you may be contacted by a representative of IT Hub to arrange an alternative shipment method.
International Orders
We currently only accept orders from within New Zealand.
Drop shipping
This Website utilises drop shipping where available, processing orders direct to you from vendors. Product tracking information may not be immediately available for all products listed.
Order Pick up
IT Hub is an online store only and does not currently provide local pickup options.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from IT Hub. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
a. The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
b. The Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from IT Hub before returning the product.
c. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
d. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or via direct transfer.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returned products, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Non-Return of Opened Software
Opened software cannot be returned or refunded unless it is found to be defective. In case of defective software, please contact our customer support to initiate the return process. Software compatibility is the responsibility of the Customer and is not deemed a cause of defective software.
