At IT Hub, we provide clear delivery estimates for all the products we sell. You can find the estimated shipping time for each item directly on the individual product page, just below the price.
Once your order is shipped:
- North Island deliveries typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
- South Island deliveries typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
- Rural deliveries may take an additional 1-2 business day.
- Bulk or hazardous shipments may require 2-4 extra business days for delivery.
Courier Services
IT Hub partners with various trusted courier services to ensure fast and reliable shipping. The specific courier used for your order depends on your location, the delivery timeframe, and the size of your parcel.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees vary depending on your delivery location and the items in your order. In some cases, free shipping may be available, which will be clearly indicated on the product page or as part of a promotional offer.
To estimate your shipping costs:
- Add your selected items to your shopping cart.
- Visit the Shopping Cart page and choose your Delivery Area to view the estimated shipping costs.
Please note that non-standard shipping (such as for rural, bulk, or expedited deliveries) may incur higher fees. All shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout on the Shipping page.
For large or heavy orders, or if you need further clarification, please contact us directly for an updated shipping estimate. If the shipping cost exceeds the initial estimate due to the nature of your order, a representative will reach out to discuss alternative shipping options.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
- IT Hub currently ships only within New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase.
- We will deliver goods to the specified location or arrange for transportation, with all associated costs covered by the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the goods remains with IT Hub until full payment is made. If you resell any goods before ownership transfers, the proceeds must be held in trust for IT Hub.
