Terms and conditions of online trade for 'IT Engine' trading as 'IT Hub'
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your (the Customer, "you") use of the IT Hub website ("ithub.nz",the "Website") and your purchases from IT Hub (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms and conditions pertain to goods and/or services purchased via this website. Goods and/or services purchased from IT Engine via other means may have different terms and conditions applied.
Terms of Payment
All Customers must pre-pay for their orders unless credit has been approved by IT Hub. If credit has been approved, payment terms and conditions will be provided separately.
Title of Goods
Ownership and title of the goods purchased from IT Hub shall pass to the Customer upon full payment of the purchase price. Until payment is received in full, IT Hub retains the right to reclaim and repossess any goods sold.
Errors and Omissions Disclaimer
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our Website, including product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, errors and omissions may occur. IT Hub does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Website. Shipping
Shipping costs should be calculated at time of purchase. If you are placing a large order or an order of a larger item, please contact IT Hub using the online form as shipping costs may require amendment. In the case where shipping costs are in excess due to the nature of the order placed, you may be contacted by a representative of IT Hub to arrange an alternative shipment method.
International Orders
We currently only accept orders from within New Zealand.
Drop shipping
This Website utilises drop shipping where available, processing orders direct to you from vendors. Product tracking information may not be immediately available for all products listed.
Order Pick up
IT Hub is an online store only and does not currently provide local pickup options.
Delivery Times
Where delivery times are provided these are indicative only. Due to the nature of drop shipping we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from IT Hub. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
a. The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
b. The Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from IT Hub before returning the product.
c. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
d. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or via direct transfer.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returned products, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Non-Return of Opened Software
Opened software cannot be returned or refunded unless it is found to be defective. In case of defective software, please contact our customer support to initiate the return process. Software compatibility is the responsibility of the Customer and is not deemed a cause of defective software.
