5m USB 3.0 Active Extension Cable - M/F
The USB3AAEXT5M, 5-meter Active USB 3.0 Extension Cable, offers one USB type-A (male) connector and one USB type-A (female) connector, and provides an active extension of USB 3.0 devices of up to 5-meters (16-feet). An all in one cable for overcoming distance restrictions as well as power source limitations; the active USB 3.0 extension cable incorporates bus powered active circuitry to ensure performance beyond the length limits of standard USB cables. Up to 4 of these cables can be daisy-chained together, allowing the connection to be extended a total of 20-meters. If necessary, the USB device can be powered from a wall outlet using the Universal AC power adapter provided with the cable. The USB3AAEXT5M extension cable (USB Extender) supports high speed USB 3.0 transfer rates of up to 5Gbps, and is backed by StarTech.com's 2-year Warranty.

Shipping
Shipping costs should be calculated at time of purchase. If you are placing a large order or an order of a larger item, please contact IT Hub using the online form as shipping costs may require amendment. In the case where shipping costs are in excess due to the nature of the order placed, you may be contacted by a representative of IT Hub to arrange an alternative shipment method.
International Orders
We currently only accept orders from within New Zealand.

RETURNS & WARRANTY
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from IT Hub. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
a. The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
b. The Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from IT Hub before returning the product.
c. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
d. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or via direct transfer.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returned products, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Non-Return of Opened Software
Opened software cannot be returned or refunded unless it is found to be defective. In case of defective software, please contact our customer support to initiate the return process. Software compatibility is the responsibility of the Customer and is not deemed a cause of defective software.
