The QBC's ultra-slim thickness of 28.5mm makes it the thinnest option in Samsung's UHD 4K series. Its sleek design and Slim Fit Wall Mount[1], helps you optimise space and install it neatly in a wide range of business environments.
Slim Filt Wall Mount must be purchased separately.
Clean visuals in landscape or portrait mode - Even Bezel
The QBC's bezels are consistent and even on all four sides of the display, with the same thickness and dimensions. The new even bezel design[2] helps prevent visual issues from arising when the display is adjusted to portrait mode.

Secure and even mounting - Centred VESA Holes
The central positioning of the VESA holes on the back of the display helps evenly distribute its weight for secure mounting. With the VESA holes positioned in the centre, this helps prevent the display from tilting unintentionally when adjusted into portrait mode.

Lifelike colour expression - Dynamic Crystal Colour
The QBC series features Dynamic Crystal Display, using 10 bit processing for vivid colour expression, allowing viewers to enjoy a wide spectrum of colours.

Medical teams can simulate medical images such as X-rays with DICOM Simulation Model, meeting DICOM's full greyscale standards.

Shipping costs should be calculated at time of purchase. If you are placing a large order or an order of a larger item, please contact IT Hub using the online form as shipping costs may require amendment. In the case where shipping costs are in excess due to the nature of the order placed, you may be contacted by a representative of IT Hub to arrange an alternative shipment method.
International Orders
We currently only accept orders from within New Zealand.
Drop shipping
This Website utilises drop shipping where available, processing orders direct to you from vendors. Product tracking information may not be immediately available for all products listed.

RETURNS & WARRANTY
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from IT Hub. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
a. The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
b. The Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from IT Hub before returning the product.
c. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
d. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or via direct transfer.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returned products, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Non-Return of Opened Software
Opened software cannot be returned or refunded unless it is found to be defective. In case of defective software, please contact our customer support to initiate the return process. Software compatibility is the responsibility of the Customer and is not deemed a cause of defective software.
