It is strongly recommended to pair QHora-322 with a QNAP NAS for businesses to perform secure remote backup: By using the Hybrid Backup Sync through QuWAN, you can transfer files and snapshot files between multiple NAS through a secure encrypted network. For enhanced security, you can also connect your NAS (QNAP or otherwise) directly behind the QHora-322 to prevent attacks. The NAT (Network Address Translation) enables private network security by hiding the actual IP address used in the private network from users outside the firewall. Mesh VPN + HBS = Easy and secure remote NAS backup Through the QuWAN cloud platform, the QHora-322 can automatically establish a mesh VPN network with other QNAP devices to quickly deploy a mesh VPN environment. RETURNS & WARRANTY
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from IT Hub. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
a. The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
b. The Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from IT Hub before returning the product.
c. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
d. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or via direct transfer.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returned products, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Non-Return of Opened Software
Opened software cannot be returned or refunded unless it is found to be defective. In case of defective software, please contact our customer support to initiate the return process. Software compatibility is the responsibility of the Customer and is not deemed a cause of defective software.
