High-Performance Thermal Paste This thermal paste works with a heat sink to improve heat dissipation from integrated circuits (ICs), like CPUs, GPUs and other computer chips. The thermal paste features CE and RoHS certifications so you can rest assured it's safe for its intended use. The thermal paste, also known as silver grease, is a metal based (metal oxide) compound that contains 50% silicone, 30% carbon and 20% metal oxide to offer better thermal conductivity than standard heat transfer pastes with negligible electrical conductivity. The thermal paste/glue is suitable for operation in temperatures of -22°F to 365°F (-30°C to 180°C) with thermal conductivity of 3.07 W/m-K at 25 °C or greater. This performance makes the compound ideal for servicing & maintaining workstations, desktop computers and servers. The tube contains 1.5g of paste, sufficient for 4 to 6 applications. the compound is packaged in a syringe for easy application, that's re-sealable to prevent the product from drying between use.

In the case where shipping costs are in excess due to the nature of the order placed, you may be contacted by a representative of IT Hub to arrange an alternative shipment method.

We currently only accept orders from within New Zealand.

RETURNS & WARRANTY
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from IT Hub. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
a. The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
b. The Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from IT Hub before returning the product.
c. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
d. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or via direct transfer.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returned products, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Non-Return of Opened Software
Opened software cannot be returned or refunded unless it is found to be defective. In case of defective software, please contact our customer support to initiate the return process. Software compatibility is the responsibility of the Customer and is not deemed a cause of defective software.
