The Yealink W78P a wireless DECT solution with a W78H, a high-end, stylish, modern wireless handset designed for business use. It has a 2.4'' colour screen and crystal-clear HD audio with noise reduction, packaged in a sleek, durable, and convenient to carry handset. It comes with the W70B Base station. With the W78H you can enjoy the freedom and flexibility of hands-free talking by pairing it via Bluetooth 5.1 or the 3.5mm headset jack. Thanks to the vibration alarm, the W78H is right at home in either noisy or noise-sensitive environments. The handset's Li-ion battery offers up to 21 hours of talk time and a quick top-up is easily achieved with 10 minutes of charging providing up to 2 hours of talk time. The W78H is paired with Yealink W70B base station, creating the W78P system which can support 10 handsets, 10 SIP accounts, and 20 simultaneous calls (2 calls per handset). Also, the W78H is perfectly compatible with the W80/W90 multi-cell system.

Shipping
Shipping costs should be calculated at time of purchase. If you are placing a large order or an order of a larger item, please contact IT Hub using the online form as shipping costs may require amendment. In the case where shipping costs are in excess due to the nature of the order placed, you may be contacted by a representative of IT Hub to arrange an alternative shipment method.
International Orders
We currently only accept orders from within New Zealand.

This Website utilises drop shipping where available, processing orders direct to you from vendors. Product tracking information may not be immediately available for all products listed.
Order Pick up
IT Hub is an online store only and does not currently provide local pickup options.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from IT Hub. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
a. The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
b. The Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from IT Hub before returning the product.
c. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
d. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or via direct transfer.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returned products, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Non-Return of Opened Software
Opened software cannot be returned or refunded unless it is found to be defective. In case of defective software, please contact our customer support to initiate the return process. Software compatibility is the responsibility of the Customer and is not deemed a cause of defective software.
