TUV 16W CN FAM/10X25BOX TUV TL Mini lamps are slim double-ended UVC (germicidal) lamps used in residential water and air disinfection units. The small 16 mm diameter of the lamp allows for a small system design and design flexibility. TUV TL Mini lamps offer constant UV output over their complete lifetime, for maximum security of disinfection and high system efficacy. - A lamp breaking is extremely unlikely to have any impact on your health. If a lamp breaks, ventilate the room for 30 minutes and
remove the parts, preferably with gloves. Put them in a sealed plastic bag and take it to your local waste facilities for recycling. Do
not use a vacuum cleaner.
- DANGER: Risk Group 3 Ultra Violet product. These lamps emit high-power UV radiation that can cause severe injury to skin and
eyes. Avoid eye and skin exposure to unshielded product. Use only in an enclosed environment which shields users from the

Shipping
Shipping costs should be calculated at time of purchase. If you are placing a large order or an order of a larger item, please contact IT Hub using the online form as shipping costs may require amendment. In the case where shipping costs are in excess due to the nature of the order placed, you may be contacted by a representative of IT Hub to arrange an alternative shipment method.
International Orders
We currently only accept orders from within New Zealand.

RETURNS & WARRANTY
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from IT Hub. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
a. The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
b. The Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from IT Hub before returning the product.
c. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
d. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or via direct transfer.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returned products, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Non-Return of Opened Software
Opened software cannot be returned or refunded unless it is found to be defective. In case of defective software, please contact our customer support to initiate the return process. Software compatibility is the responsibility of the Customer and is not deemed a cause of defective software.
