The GDS3710 is an IP Video Door System that also serves as a high-definition IP surveillance camera and IP intercom to offer facility access control and security monitoring for buildings of all sizes. This powerful IP Video Door System offers a 180-degree video viewing angle for wall-to-wall coverage, has a built-in RFID chip reader for secure keyless entry, includes a built-in microphone and speaker to support intercom functionality and offers alarm-in and alarm-out support for integration with existing security devices. The GDS3710 integrates with Grandstream’s free management utility software, GDS Manager, allowing RFID card information, video feeds as well as the device itself to be fully managed by this software. By being ONVIF Profile S compliant, the GDS3710 can be integrated with any third party ONVIF compliant surveillance or recording solution. Powered by an advanced Image Sensor Processor (ISP) and state-of-the-art image algorithms, the GDS3710 delivers 1080p FHD video resolutions and offers exceptional performance in all lighting conditions. It features SIP/VoIP technology with 2-way audio and video streaming feeds loaded directly to smart phones, SIP endpoints and the GDS management software. The GDS3710 is equipped with integrated PoE for seamless installation, bright LEDs for illumination, motion detector for security protection, lighting control switch and more. The combination of the GDS3710, Grandstream’s GXP21xx IP phones, GXV video phones and Grandstream Wave mobile app provide a complete solution for access control, video intercom, and security needs.

Shipping
Shipping costs should be calculated at time of purchase. If you are placing a large order or an order of a larger item, please contact IT Hub using the online form as shipping costs may require amendment. In the case where shipping costs are in excess due to the nature of the order placed, you may be contacted by a representative of IT Hub to arrange an alternative shipment method.
International Orders
We currently only accept orders from within New Zealand.
Drop shipping
This Website utilises drop shipping where available, processing orders direct to you from vendors. Product tracking information may not be immediately available for all products listed.
Order Pick up
IT Hub is an online store only and does not currently provide local pickup options.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from IT Hub. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
a. The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
b. The Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from IT Hub before returning the product.
c. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
d. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or via direct transfer.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returned products, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Non-Return of Opened Software
Opened software cannot be returned or refunded unless it is found to be defective. In case of defective software, please contact our customer support to initiate the return process. Software compatibility is the responsibility of the Customer and is not deemed a cause of defective software.
