It provides two Gigabit and one 5-speed 10GBASE-T port (10G/5G/2.5G/1G/100M), supports SATA 6Gb/s drives, and features AES-NI encryption for delivering high performance while also maintaining the security of your data. You can also connect USB Type-C devices through the Thunderbolt™ 3 ports to transfer large media files across devices, providing you with a more efficient workflow. Note: Mac OS 10.11.5 (and later) enables SMB signing by default, which may impact the connection speed to the NAS. Install a QXP-W6-AX200 Wi-Fi 6 wireless adapter to turn the TVS-472XT into a wireless NAS. RETURNS & WARRANTY
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from IT Hub. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
a. The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
b. The Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from IT Hub before returning the product.
c. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
d. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or via direct transfer.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returned products, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Non-Return of Opened Software
Opened software cannot be returned or refunded unless it is found to be defective. In case of defective software, please contact our customer support to initiate the return process. Software compatibility is the responsibility of the Customer and is not deemed a cause of defective software.
